Gary Endres

Prior to becoming a financial advisor, Gary worked in retail management from 1969 to 1985.  He began his investment industry career with IDS Marketing Corporation, and that same year, he moved his practice to Lehman Brothers, where he was a Vice President/Investments and served on the Trust Services Board.  

In 1993, Gary joined Smith Barney upon its acquisition of Lehman Brothers and held his position as a Vice President/Investments while serving on the Trust Services Board.  In 1997, he joined A.G. Edwards, where he served as a Vice President/Investments and Branch Manager.  In 2009, he joined Stifel’s Carlsbad branch as First Vice President/Investments and Branch Manager.

As a North San Diego County resident for 60-plus years, Gary has served as a board member of youth sports organizations, including the Private Community Athletic Club and Agua Hedionda Lagoon Foundation and has volunteered his time to a number of non-profit foundations and organizations, including the Home Building Missions Project. 

Gary and his wife, Elizabeth Ryan, have three children, Erin, Evan, and Emily and two grandchildren, Dylan and Ella.  They enjoy laying on the beach, boating, skiing, playing tennis, golfing, and going on family vacations.
